ABOUT ELEVATED FITNESS
My journey with weightlifting began as a simple desire to get in shape for the sake of being healthy. Growing up, I witnessed the impact of diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions common in my socio-economic background, and I was determined not to let that define my future. This determination pushed me to seek knowledge and education to improve not only my health but also the well-being of my family.
Over time, my passion for helping others evolved into a lifestyle that I now live and promote. As I’ve gotten older, my focus has shifted toward building longevity—creating a life where health and vitality are sustainable.

Tim Mosely
Hello, my name is Tim. I've been a personal trainer for over a decade and a rehab therapist for the past two years. My goal is to help you achieve optimal longevity, mobility, while improving your overall functional movement. I specialize in hypertrophy (building muscle mass and size) training weight loss and fat reduction, muscle toning, and improving cardiovascular conditioning. Let's work together to reach your fitness goals!
